If you say yes, we text you about your orders: confirmations, delivery updates, and account notices. That's it. You can leave any time by replying STOP. Saying yes is never required to buy from us.
1Program description
The Honest Coconut Delivery Alerts is an SMS program for our residential and office delivery customers. Message types:
- Order confirmations when an order is placed or changed.
- Delivery updates: scheduling reminders, out-for-delivery notices, and delivery confirmations. Delivery messages may include a tracking link on thehonestcoconut.com.
- Account notifications: membership, billing, and credit notices.
- Replies to questions you text us.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
2How consent is collected
We collect SMS consent in two ways, and in both cases you must be 18 or older:
Online signup. When you create an account or place an order at thehonestcoconut.com, you may check an optional, unchecked-by-default box with the following disclosure:
"I am 18 or older and agree to receive recurring SMS from The Honest Coconut, including order confirmations, delivery updates, and account notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. View our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms."
In-person signup with double opt-in. If you sign up in person (for example, at your door or at an event) and provide your phone number, you will receive a single confirmation message asking you to reply YES to opt in. No further messages are sent unless you reply YES. The confirmation message is:
"The Honest Coconut: Reply YES to confirm you'd like order confirmations, delivery updates & account notices by text. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Consent not required to buy. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Terms: thehonestcoconut.com/cx-sms"
3Opting out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one final confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages. Reply START or UNSTOP to rejoin. Opting out does not affect your account, orders, or deliveries; we will use email instead.

5Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-message services necessary to deliver messages. 6Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your network operator.
7Age and household accounts
SMS is available only to adults 18 or older. Account holders may not register a minor's phone number. Household members under 18 may be listed on an account as delivery contacts by first name only and will not receive SMS from us.
