For Kansas City workplaces
The coconut is the new water cooler
A stand by the kitchen, stocked with raw coconuts on a standing delivery. Your people take one when they want one. You pay for the ones they drink.
Why offices
The amenity people actually talk about
It is a perk, not a vending machine
Nobody expenses a coconut. It comes out of the same budget as the good coffee and the fruit bowl, and it does the same job: people notice, and they remember who put it there.
It has never been near a factory
Chilled from harvest, never heated, never reconstituted. What is in the shell is what the tree made. That is a hard thing to say about anything else in a break room.
We are already on your block
Corporate Woods and College Boulevard put dozens of offices inside one stop. Density is why this works here and why we can keep the price where it is.
How it works
Four steps, then it runs itself
We look at your floor
Head count, where the stand would go, and whether the building lets us in at the hour we deliver. Ten minutes, usually on the phone.
The stand arrives
A branded stand by the kitchen or the coffee, with an opener and a rack. It stays yours for as long as you keep the delivery.
We restock on a schedule
A standing delivery on the day that suits the building. We carry the empties out with us, so nothing piles up in your bins.
You are billed for what was drunk
One invoice a month, counted off the restock. A slow week costs you less. Nobody is paying for coconuts sitting in a fridge.
What it costs
Two numbers, and no third one
There is no membership on the office side, no delivery fee and no minimum order. You pay for the stand and you pay for the coconuts your people drink. That is the whole invoice.
- Billed monthly, in arrears, off the restock count
- Cancel any month. The stand goes back, no fee
Office pricing
Only the ones they drink.
The branded stand, the opener, the rack and the standing delivery. One flat line, whatever your head count.
The honest version
Do not roll this out to the whole building
We do not know yet how many coconuts a given office drinks in a week. Nobody does, because this is a new amenity and the honest answer is that it depends on your people. So start with one floor for a month. You will know your number, we will know ours, and then we can size the rest of the building against something real instead of a guess.
If it turns out your floor does not drink coconuts, that is a cheap thing to have learned and you can stop.
Before you ask
The questions offices actually ask
The stand comes with a coconut opener and we show one person how to use it on the day we install. It takes about five seconds a coconut once you have done it twice. There is nothing sharp that lives out on the counter.
Start a pilot
Tell us about your floor
Head count and a rough idea of where the stand would go is enough to quote you. We come back within one business day with a real number and a date we could start.
Bigger than an office?
Events, catering, cafes and wholesale are handled by our commercial side.
